WHO WE ARE AND WHY CHOOSE US

Magna Carta Law Firm is a full-service law firm in Pattaya, Thailand, established more than 20 years ago. Our office on South Pattaya Road serves individuals and businesses across Pattaya, Chon Buri and the Eastern Seaboard. Our name comes from the 1215 English charter that helped establish the rule of law.

Our team includes Thai and English-speaking lawyers and barristers, as well as Chinese-speaking legal consultants, so foreign clients can work with us in their own language.

We handle civil and criminal litigation, family law (divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements and marriage registration), wills and estate administration, property due diligence and transfers, company setup, visas and work permits, and accounting and tax.

Since opening, we have assisted more than 5,000 corporate and individual clients from Thailand and around the world.
