We offer Safety Boxes with the highest level of security for your valuables, preventing them from getting damaged, lost, or stolen.
Apart from holding title deeds and important paperwork, our safety boxes are large enough to hold many other valuable possessions that you want to store securely. Our building used to house a financial institution with a walk-in safe before we took over.
OUR SAFETY BOX IS AVAILABLE IN 3 SIZES:
SMALL 3 x12in. 3,000 Baht/Year
MEDIUM 5 x 12in. 5,000 Baht/Year
LARGE 10 x 12in. 8,000 Baht/Year
Safety Boxes are accessible during our office hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Contact us for more information or if you would like to check it out.
You can register a maximum of 2 persons in one safety box account. You both have to be present during the registration to sign the contract.
You will be given 2 identical keys on the signing date. You must not have the keys duplicated and avoid losing or damaging them. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.
Yes, we require 5,000 Baht deposit. This amount will be refunded to you when you return the keys at the end of the contract.
We allow an upgrade to a bigger box, subject to availability.
No. We do not require that you disclose everything that you will be keeping inside your safety box. It is best that you personally keep an inventory, and back it up with some photos.
You may authorize another person to open the safety box on your behalf by granting a Power of Attorney. The owner and the grantee have to come to our office to accomplish and sign the POA form provided by our company, in front of our authorized officer. We shall have no liability on the action of the third party, if any damage or lost occurs. For emergency cases, you need to contact us for further instructions.
If you wish to extend the rental period for another year, you need to inform us at least 15 days prior to the expiry date of the rental agreement.
You may pay by cash or bank transfer.
