Power of Attorney (POA)

Power of Attorney is a written document giving another person the power to act in conducting the signer’s business. This includes signing papers, cheques, title documents and contracts. In addition, the grantee can handle bank accounts and other activities in behalf of the person granting the power.

 

If you need to sign a power of attorney, you need to appear personally at MAGNA CARTA office before a Notary Services Attorney.
