Reconciliation To celebrate 65th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King

Mr.Chanyut Youngpeeda Vice Chairman of the Pattaya Lawyers Council joined the opening ceremony of the project “Reconciliation to Celebrate the 65thBirthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King” organized by the Pattaya Kwaeng Court. 

Mr. Kasem Supasith, Chief Judge of the Pattaya Kwaeng Court, presided over the opening ceremony.  Maj. Gen. Anan Charoachasri, Pattaya City Mayor, Compromise Judge District Court Officers and the Pattaya Court honored the occasion together with Police Officers, Pattaya Special Prison, and public participation.

Organize legal dissemination activities and counseling to study in the higher education both in and abroad to the youth.

At 9.00 am on August 18, 2017 at the Pattaya City School 11, Mr. Sarancha Sirchonwattana, Secretary of the Lawyers Council Under the Royal Patronage, honored to preside over the opening ceremony of the “Legal Dissemination Project for Children and Youth in Pattaya Area” in order to promote, help, publicize, distribute information to the children and youth in matters of law to comply with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. National Economic and Social Development Plan and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Mr. Chalermwat Wimuktayon (Chairman of the Pattaya Lawyer Council),together with  Mr. Pandavat Pimsakul(Secretary General of Pattaya Lawyers Council), Mr. Chanyut Yungpreda(Vice Chairman of Pattaya Lawyers Council), Ms. Anchalee Makaphum(Officer of the Court of Justice, Chonburi), Mrs. Machima Borisut (Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General), Mrs. Patcharee Noithi(Director of Pattaya City School 11), The Committee of Pattaya Lawyers Council and the legal team from the Magna Carta Law Office joined the activity.

Over three hundred youths from 3 different schools enjoyed the activities and benefitted from the information shared to them.

The Role of Lawyers in the Judicial Process

Mr.Sorasit Ponginhead of Sorasit Pongin Law office and Mr. Chertchai Arunothaivisarut, a committee of Pattaya Lawyers Council, are the lectures on “The Role of Lawyers in the Judicial Process” on the Head man Sub-District and Head of the Sriracha District Arbitration Committee. This event was organized by the Pattaya Kwaeng Court and was held in the meeting room of Sriracha District, on August 16, 2017.

"Gla kao Peau Tam dee " on the occasion of Mother's Day

“Gla Kao Peau Tam Dee ”

On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Pattaya Lawyers Council launched the project “Gla Kao Peau Tam Dee” to encourage the Thai people to dare to step out to do good for the “Father” of all Thai people. There are various planned activities until the Royal Ceremonial Burial of the Royal Remains.

Special appreciation goes to those studying  Masters Degree of Faculty of Nursing, NIDA Chonburi (MPPM6), to the District Manager and Manager of Kasikorn Bank Area 104 (Pattaya) from 12 branches, as well as to the teachers and students of WatSuthawat School.

 

Pattaya City Development Plan for the coming 3 years (2018-2021)

Pattaya Lawyers Council by Mr. Chanyut Youngpreeda, Vice Chairman of Pattaya Lawyers Council, Mr. Pandawat Pimsakul, Secretary of Pattaya Lawyers Council attended the meeting with Pattaya City on the draft amendment of the Pattaya City Development Plan for the coming 3 years (2018-2021).

Mr. Vichien Pongpanich (Pattaya City Vice President) presided over the meeting. Mr. Chanapong Sriwisit (Pattaya City Permanent Secretary), Mr. Wutthiphol Charoenphan (Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City), Mr. Setthapol Boonsawat (Vice President, Pattaya City Justice Center) Mr. Sakdi YomSri, Mr.Choduck Chothkumjorn (Member of Pattaya City Council),  Chairman Community 42, Pattaya City Police and other relevant government agencies participated in the meeting.

Remembrance 14 years of Father Ray's

On the 5th of August 2017, Mr. Narit Niramaiwong, Banglamung District Chief,  opened the ceremony  “Remembrance 14 years of  Father Ray’s” and joined the event of growing Arai flower and marigold flowers, known as “Yellow Orchid in Thailand” at the Hall of the Redemptorist Center, Pattaya.

Priest Pattarapong Srivorakul, President of Ray Foundation, discussed the purpose of the event. Some honored guests graced the ceremony; Mr. Chanyut Hengtrakul (Former Secretary of the Minister of Education), Mr. Poramate Ngampichet(Former Chonburi MP), Mr. Rattanachai Sutthidechanai (Former Pattaya City Councilor), Mr. Mana Yaprakam(President of Pattaya City Cultural Council), Mr. Chalermwat Wimuktayon(Chairman of the Pattaya Lawyers Council), Mr.Chanyut Yungpreda (Vice Chairman of Pattaya Lawyers Council), Ms. Pannee Limcharoen (Director of Pattaya City Social Development Office) and the Redemptorist administrators.

 

Promote the Coordination of Judicial Cooperation in the Judicial Process in Pattaya Jurisdiction

Pattaya Lawyer Council and Pattaya Lawyers Club attended the seminar “Promote the Coordination of Judicial Cooperation in the Judicial Process in Pattaya Jurisdiction” by Mr. Narit Niramaiwong, Banglamung (District Chief). The Special Pattaya Prison Commander, Pattaya District Attorney Office, Lawyers, Police, Law Enforcement Office, Compromise Pattaya Court, Chonburi Social Development Office, Chonburi Sports Office, Chonburi Probation Office also joined the seminar.

Mr. Manop Jaratchanyawong, the Chief Justice of Pattaya Court is the president and the lecturer on this seminar.

Meeting for the coming "Rapee Day" Activities

On July 6, 2017, Mr. Manop Jaratchanyawong, The Chief Justice of Pattaya Court and Mr. Kasem Supasith, Chief Justice of Pattaya Khwaeng Court, chaired the meeting at Pattaya Court. The main agenda for this meeting was for the preparation for the “Rapee Day” activities.

Mr. Chalermwat Wimuktayon, the chairman of Pattaya Lawyers’ Council and representatives of the Ministry of Justice attended the meeting to commemorate and honor His Majesty King Rapeepatanasak, Royal Flora Ratchaburi Dirhamrit Father of Thai law.

Pattaya Lawyers Council Attended a Training Course

On June 28, 2017, Pattaya Lawyers Council attended a training course on the Justice Department’s Justice Coordinating Program in the Jurisdiction of the Pattaya District Court for the year 2017, at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa Pattaya Hotel.
